Is there a term for art that is straight top-down?

Hi! I was looking around for top-down content that was straight down, like the zombie shooter assets from Kenny.com. However, whenever I type in top-down, I mostly see stuff that are tilted up at an angle. Is there a term I need to look for for a 90 degree angle top down view? I am still on the lookout for such assets, if anyone knows of any good ones.

A lot of people misattribute three-quarters overhead view as "top-down". You could search for both top down and overhead, but that probably has the same issue. if you can provide some links to the assets listed as "top down" but are, in fact, 3/4ths overhead view, I'll try to correct the categorization.

I'm getting a lot more results from "Top Down" that seems to fit, but as far as specific terminology goes that is a blind spot.
Well... be the change you want to see I guess. Seems there's something I agree needs to be done and I searched "Birds Eye" with no results so I'll make some true top down templates and tag them as "birds eye view" and cross my fingers it catches on.

I've also found this an issue when looking for assets and brushes for digital art programs. Not many people tag clearly with the angle.
