Hello,
Iam new to the forum and I have some questions that I would like to ask of anyone willing to answer.
I would like to know which program is used for the browsergame like the one Ministry of War http://www.ministryofwar.com/ for example. I am also interested in the format used for the graphics.
In what way is the World Map programmed and graphically created? The same question for the City-view as well, for ex: houses, barracks ect..
Thank you
I dont know the specifics of that particular game but most browser based games are a compilation of html 5, javascript and webgl.
I dont know the specifics of these languages. Many browsers implement them differently. What works in one browser may not work in another is what I mean. So it can get complicated.
It's Flash... :)
The graphics shouldn't be different than other games: bunch PNGs created with Photoshop or similar software. Or maybe from a pre-rendered 3D images.
