maybe also specifying in which way you want to support other projects (paid or free)...
be as specific as possible, to avoid misunderstandings and misinterpretations

I'll add: you'd probably be more successful if you pitched for projects that use godot instead of flare....
if you really want to use flare i congratulate you (only because i'm biased and i prefer this engine) LOL

You could try to make more tilesets (like a beach themed tileset) for flare with the same https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/# liscence and publish it on opengameart for an idea? Or even icons or art assets that people could use. Everyone loves infrastructure; never enough art:-).
