Thanks for downloading :) you three are awesome:)
Strange piece tbh :D
Strange but thats what makes it interesting:) My music is very random:) I spent a long time on this one:) Thanks for your comment I would rather you speak your mind:) Say things I can improve on :D
Thanks again Spring-Enterprises-Independent.:) Hope your week is a happy one:)
Thank you very much, hope the same for you! Random sounding music can be very useful for certain situations within a game! I think the main thing you could improve on is that the track simply seems very short. The sound isn't really that "full" either, but I figure that wasn't the intention, so it's kind of a redundant concern.
Btw, can I ask how long time you actually spent?
It honestly took about 3 hours after about 3 days of struggling to make a decent tune with lmms my music skills are limited but every once in a while I make something I feel is worth sharing. I'll try to put out some longer music next time. the longest tune I've made is more then 3 minutes.Heres a link

Hmm I think, while your 3½ minute track there definitely manages too be relaxing, though also with sort of eerie undertones, I think it suffers from the opposite problem. There isn't really enough variation, so the track actually starts to drag and feels too long , in my opinion. Even for a relaxing, ambient track, I think a bit more should've been going on, I myself might have thrown in a subtle piano solo, some woodwinds or something, so it's not just one instrument playing the whole time.
That being said, I actually have no idea what sort of programs and stuff you use, maybe you don't have equipment or intstruments on the level of more impressive composers. And that also fair enough, gotta do with what you can get, I suppose.
it's been kind of rough to make music with a computer keyboard and mouse. I will have a keyboard soon to practice on till I can get a actual midi keyboard soon:) then I'll be able to make some longer more fun music.
Yeah a midi keyboard is very helpful, especially if you use trackers.
:D I'll be posting more soon:) thinking I'll try to make another dragonfly:)
