This is a track I worked on alongside DCG Retrowave, for the Alien Vendetta MIDI Pack. I provided the initial melodies comprising the first minute of the track, aiming to create something similar to the MIDI soundtrack of Rise of the Triad. DCG elaborated brilliantly on these ideas, giving the track much-needed energy; this has probably been my favorite of my collaborations thus far. The third map of Alien Vendetta, which this is a soundtrack to, ends with the player going down a railroad track, hence the railroad sounds at the end (I didn't know those were in MIDI!) The name "The Berggren-Malde Complex" comes from the two mappers behind this map, as well as being a reference to "The Baader-Meinhof Complex."
