This is some epic dithering.
This is really awesome work
Another awesome art from Surt!
I regret that I can only favorite this once.
Very high quality!
Loving this tileset!
Question, if I use this art in my game does that mean I need to release my entire project under the same licenses?
You pick one or more of the licenses.
The intent of my using Copyleft licensing is for just that purpose.
Ok thanks for the answer. There is a lot of debate about how copyleft licensing effects code and what "derivative" work means so it's good to know what your intention was upon picking the license.
Thanks so much for this art, Surt. I am using it in my upcoming game Pixelsphere http://pixelsphere.org. I have a remix coming soon so people can adapt the version of the tileset I am using. I am also sharing selected assets from my game to give back to the community to thank you.
Your comment about Copyleft is still a bit cryptic, I am sharing my additions to the art under copyleft as well, but obviously not the code and other copyrighted assets to my game. (so I would choose the CC-BY 3.0 license)
The copyleft comment was in regard to when it was licensed as CC-BY-SA/GPL. Since then I changed from BY-SA to just BY (I tend to become less protective of my works as time passes) so no need to worry about that if you are using it under the terms of CC-BY.
Nice artwork !!
Wow, i am really impressed what you did with 16 colors!
I used this as a background for a SNES colour blending demo: ROM / Source Code
