I put all of the models from KenneyNL's Nature Pack Extended into a blend file. They are all named with reasonably descriptive names. Assets that were made from more than one mesh object have been combined into a single object. This file makes it easy to quickly prototype or mock-up levels in Blender with this asset pack.

Later on I might try to clean up the materials a little bit to work better with Blender.

I listed it as my own work because I can't figure out how to list KenneyNL as the author :(
