I've made some updates to the werebear. I tweaks the animations and added variations with "used to be a person" textures of torn clothing and armor. Feedback is quite welcome, as that's how I learn and improve.
Do you still need tweaks to the werebear? I think I've learned a bit since I initially made it. I can see about making some modifications/improvements to my work for you if nobody has addressed your concerns yet.
Also, I'm glad to see a bunch of my sprites getting used. :)
The link should be fixed now. My bad. Also, it should be obvious but I should probably mention that some of the species/race names are placeholders because I haven't thought of better names for them.
After reading your comment, I swear I edited it to include a zip file, but I don't know where it went. :-|
Edit: It's fixed now.
Weird! I'll look into it.
Good, because otherwise I just murdered some miners for no reason. :-O

Update: many new sprite sheets with (hopefully) better animations and texture variations.

Awesome! And yes, we still need help. I eagerly await whatever you can come up with. We don't have the specifics really nailed down, but you can see some of the results of some brainstorming here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1qZP5CTV_nUZg-DoRouSUI4IZ8pncoavgNJaC...
I think you forgot to change the date in the title.
