User edits no longer requiring approval

I would like my profile edits to be instant if I am a member for over a set time period. For example, if my account is over 60 days old, I should be able to edit my website and description and avatar without having to wait for approval.
Now, I think approval would still be nice for some things, like changing your submissions' licensing or attribution instructions. That said, I'm not sure if that's necessary, either.

Does that need approval? I've never noticed. But one trick used by spammers is sleeper bots. They can register, wait orders and activate at a certain time.
Sleeper bots are not a valid reason to require verification of profile edits.
In fact, I think what you need for sleeper bots is a membership level system that allows for people to be promoted to a certain level based on their activity. If they, for example, have been a member for a month and are active contributors to the sites, they should be granted a higher level membership status.
