I disagree. The LGPL is clear enough in intent that it would apply to any modifications specifically made to your art, so there's nothing wrong with doing that. LGPL used to be an option, but we removed it to simplify the form because no one was using it. It's fine to say in your description that it's also available under the LGPL. :)
I can forward this to the FSF, but I need some information to identify the transaction. I'm assuming your email address would be sufficient for that. Please send me an email at elbarto@gmail.com and let me know what email address you gave to the FSF when you attempted to donate, and I'll ask them to look into it. DO NOT SEND ME YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO, as email is insecure and I don't do payment processing myself.
I managed to figure out what was causing the actual error. display_errors is already off in my PHP settings -- it's drupal that's catching and reporting them. The trouble is that by default Drupal doesn't comprehend the difference between an admin and a regular user, so when I turn them off, they go off for everyone, and seeing as how I'm actively developing OGA, I want to see those error messages. There's a module that's supposed to fix it, but it filters out all errors for non-admins, including the ones that you get when you don't fill in a required field.
They're showing off their project, as opposed to requesting help. :)
From the look of the page, it doesn't appear to be FOSS in and of itself, but it's of interest since they're making use of some FOSS software to get there (and it's a nice looking game).
What you're looking for is a Digital Audio Workstation, and there are a couple of free ones (some free as in freedom, some free as in beer) that I can point you to:
If you're running Windows:
LMMS (Linux Multimedia Studio) runs on Windows too, and has everything you need to make chiptunes. It's also free and open source. http://lmms.sourceforge.net/home.php
Famitracker is a music program specifically for making NES music (as opposed to a true Digital Audio Workstation), and would appear from the description that it does it pretty accurately. It's free and open source. http://famitracker.com
Reaper is shareware and costs $60 for a personal license, but is fully functional even in unpaid nag mode. Reaper is a bit harder to use than LMMS, so expect to watch some tutorial videos. http://www.reaper.fm/
Ardour can be a bit difficult to set up, but is a capable program. It is also free and open source. http://ardour.org/
Qtractor is under rapid development and is also free and open source. I haven't used it, but the screenshots lead one to believe that it's a capable program. http://sourceforge.net/projects/qtractor/
I personally use FL Studio, but it's not free in either sense of the word. :)
There are also plenty of other (expensive) audio programs out there, but for chiptunes they're overkill. Honestly, if you specifically want to do chiptunes and you're running Windows, Famitracker is probably your best option.
I'm guessing not, since in that case, your Construct 2 project is your "original" source and the resulting javascript is just generated code.

That would be awesome! :)

Silly question... what are billboard textures? :)

So yeah. This error is gone.
I've fixed the unconfirmed comments issue. Still looking into the other one (for the record, the error is harmless).

Welcome!
Just a heads up, I'm getting a 404 on your web site. :)
