Thanks for the reply and letting me know.  My intension is to make this asset free without restrictions like being required to credit the original work etc. But at the same time, I don't want people with bad intension to use this minaret itself as a revenue source by selling the asset itself as this would only hurt people who don't know It's actually free to use.
Also I don't understand why It would be a legal issue with "however that creates unintended legal entanglements that make the asset effectively unusable." as the owner of the asset itself, I already mentioned what is allowed and what is not so no idea why It would be a problem.
In that case, should I use CC licenses, or remove the asset from this website?
