Apologies for missing this, but if the texture is CC-BY 3.0, this model must also be CC-BY 3.0 and the attribution for the texture should be included in the Attrbution Notice section. That or the texture must be replaced with a CC0 texture.
If these are derived from various licenses, this submission must adopt the more restrictive license. Displaying both CC-BY 4.0 and CC0 implies people may use all the sound effects herein under the terms of just CC0 if they so chose, which does not adhere to the samples under CC-BY 4.0. The credits.txt should remain as-is, so that people may elect to use the individual CC0 samples under that license, but if people are going by the overall license, it should be CC-BY 4.0 to avoid bad assumptions.

Not sure this qualifies as broaching the topic, since there are already several discussions about it already present on the site (one example: https://opengameart.org/content/artificial-intelligence-assisted-artwork ) but I do agree it should be discussed.
Is this based on the Minecraft texture?
Any time. Loving these mash-ups. :)

@oofoe: this isn't a Krita file. It's a GIMP file. I was able to open it in GIMP and everything is present.
