That sounds great! yeh that would be more than enough. The system is very modular, so every weapon fits in the hands of the character and every platelegs etc are roughly the same size so you can just add and remove parts of armour as you wish. I'll attach another example of a character and the sheet where I've got the different parts from. Please let me know if you need anything else.
