Sorry about the issues with the form. I've removed the "or later" from the GPL v3 part, and also changed the other part to say any FSF approved free-as-in-freedom license.
Note on GPL v2 assets: My personal read of what the FSF has said in the past is that including assets with a game is bundling, which is okay for mixing licenses that aren't strictly compatible. That said, Chris thinks it's debatable whether a game constitutes a work, which would trigger the GPL. If you're including GPLv2 assets along with a game, I would recommend that you get permission from the author of those assets just to make sure you're in the clear.
The official answer is that we're going to allow a 24 hour grace period until 11:59 PM Pacific Daylight Time on August 1st. This grace period is mainly to avoid timezone-related confusion, with the end time, so there will be absolutely no leniency with late entries after the grace period is up (That is, if you enter at 12:00 AM on the 2nd, then your submission will not qualify).
We'll consiuder a 2 week extension (through August 15th), provided no one who is planning to enter has any serious objections by tomorrow morning. If anyone objects, please let us know now (you may contact me through my contact form on OGA if you wish to voice your objection privately).

P.S. Note that under normal circumstances we wouldn't do this, but Chris is moving and my wife is getting abdominal surgery on the 1st of August, so we're both going to be insanely busy for a couple of weeks. Also, several people now have requested an extension, so it seems like the consensus is in favor of it.
I'd list all the contributors to the image that you can identify. I'll talk to some people about getting all of the contributors to each image clarified, but it may take some time.
Yeah, in the context of fair use, it's okay to post game screenshots and such, although I'd recommend saving them as fairly low quality jpegs (perhaps at reduced resolution) to make sure the graphics aren't really rippable and make note with your post that it's fair use and not openly licensed.
Sorry about that. You shouldn't have any more issues.
Are you going through a proxy by any chance? That's triggered the spam filter in the past. At any rate, your account bypasses the filter now, so it shouldn't bother you anymore. :)
On second glance, there were a few places in the set that appear to be direct edits (specifically the tents and the clock face). I removed those and replaced the file.
We got your entry. I'll look into the error, but it appears to be harmless.

Excellent work again. :)
I'd love to see someone make a base sprite out of this.

Yeah, the OFL is fine.
