I mentioned Take No Prisoners because it pretty much uses the bare original sample, just baked to 11khz 8bit mono for use in a video game. Yours is the same exact sound played at the different pitch, and it's not the only sound.
It is important for me to point this out as this community is rooted into Free Software, where infractions can go viral due to the license it's under, and SoundIdeas materials aren't CC-BY compatible.
(And it certainly isn't the first sound designer i've seen to claim original work with SoundIdeas samples get away in Free Software communities with dishonesty)
but do you understand the very point and purpose of OpenGameArt? Shifty encumberances are intended to be minimal, and parody is very much an iffy subject when it comes to use within Free Software for its conflicts with the common philosophies behind Fair Use.
