Multiplayer would be ultra cool (be it MMO or 2 players on 1 PC or 5 people over network) but I understand that that would need a heavy rewrite of the engine.
If I would write a Flare mod I would do the gfx Zelda style. Fortunately Flare can do that, as the "Polymorphable" mod proves.
Edit: Danimal, you are right about the slow pace in open source projects.
1. The pictures from the thread start look extremely cool.
2. Ragnar Random is right that we all choose our own coding style/approach. I'm a hardcore coder with C and such, similar to bzt. But as Ragnar said: Each his own. (I just recently found out that PHP is not as bad as I used to think.)
What are your skills?
What is your idea?
How is the payment?
What kind of license? Open source?
Greetings
Peter

I found this (untested) :

Edit: I just found out it's pretty empty :(
I can't concentrate on video well, too. But maybe for some people a Youtube feature helps? You can watch videos faster or slower.
Again grear graphics. Great atmosphere.
I think dodging is only possible if the player steps backwards. Or perhaps forwards?? Then the knight is in the way so you better kill him fast.

The animations are nice :)
The itch page is not available. Any info what the fake console jam is about?
Well, eveything changes. You change. The game market does. (Similar experience with adventure games and with pen & paper RPGs.)
Some say Ultima Online was the best. That was before I got into MMORPGs so I don't know if that's true.
That is a good motto for life :)
Note that there is EasyRPG (but I think it is not as far as TirNano).
